Giving 5 stars because of their Happy Hour prices, the stellar service and the ambiance here. Come in around 4-ish PM and go directly to the bartender and he'll tell you that it's open seating. Smiles all around, the servers and bartender were super helpful and gave us the menu. I think his name is Devion (didn't see a name tag, sorry if I spelled it incorrectly!!) We ordered some mock tails, a Mai Tai and Mojito and then the 8 oz steak with smashed potatoes ($14 is crazy!) and a crème brûlée. It came within ten minutes and the presentation was beautiful. This place is for sure a hidden gem. You can even swim after! Thank you so much, we will be back!

Overall we had an amazing experience at the Laguna restaurant. The area was extremely clean and we really enjoyed the view of the pool during our meal. The hostess was extremely welcoming and very sweet and the woman who first attended to us was extremely welcoming as well. Gabriel, on the other hand, was extremely rude at the end of our meal. His service was okay to say the least. Once we gave him the check, he inspected it at the table and harassed my partner on why the tip was not to his liking. As a server, I understand how it can be frustrating to not receive a tip as expected, however, I truly believe it is important to self reflect on WHY your tip was not good. Did he pour the drinks? No. Did he make the food? No. Overall, it was a good experience, however Gabriel (and I hope you see this review honestly) do better.

First off want to say I won a contest to come eat here for Valentine's. So I brought my little fam bam with me. The restaurant is located in the Palms Place tower near the pool and spa. We arrived for dinner about 5pm and were quickly sat. Thankfully since we had an early dinner reservation the restaurant was quite empty. They have a limited menu, but many options to choose from depending on what you're in the mood for. We decided to share everything and opted for the cheese pizza, chicken tenders and fries, burger and fries, and the KFC (Korean crispy chicken sandwich). As for a drink I had to try an espresso martini, def one of my favorite drinks to get when out. All of the food was fantastic and portions were great. We had so many leftovers to take home and service was great. I definitely would be back if in the area. As a local we don't travel near the strip much but we had a great experience and thank you so much for the tasty Valentines dinner.

My family and I had an amazing time at Laguna Pool House and Kitchen. If you are staying at Palms Place or if you are a local - this place is a no brainer. We are locals and heard through friends how local and family friendly they are. We called up to inquire about renting a cabana for us and our two littles, ages 4 and 6 on a Sunday. They had availability and after learning that as a local we got a 20% discount we decided to try it out. The price goes towards the cost of food and drink anyways and we knew that over the course of a day we would make that minimum anyways. We valeted at Palm Place (the building closest to Arville). Valet is free but please make sure to tip as it is hot out there. We took the elevators up to the 6th floor and were at Laguna Beach House. We were greeted warmly by the young lady I talked to on the phone (I am so sorry I forgot her name). She took us to our cabana where there was a couch, two lounge chairs, a TV and chilled water already waiting for us. We spent the day swimming and lounging. There was a thunderstorm near the area so they took us all inside and once it was safe, let us back out on the pool deck. They were so apologetic about it - they can't control the weather so I was just happy they were taking safety seriously. The girl who took our order throughout the day was so nice and my kids loved her - Daphne! She was so great. And there was a kitchen guy who brought out food as well if it was busy - Kevion. Overall - we had such a great time spending the day here and will definitely make this a family outing more often than not.

Came in on a Tuesday evening ordered to go. The staff is absolutely so sweet and friendly everyone greets you and is so helpful all smiles and positive energy. Ordering was very easy and our order came out correct which is always a bonus. We ordered a bunch of items to try. Chicken tenders were so good my fave Burger was really good also my husbands fave. Chicken wings came out crispy and not greasy at all. Fresh veggies were good Pepperoni pizza was kind of soggy and way to much cheese but the flavor was good For dessert we did the fruity pebble cheese cake and sadly it was gross not creamy At all and was dry and crumbled. Dont recommend it.

Our St. Patrick's Day Brunch sponsored by the Ladies Las Vegas Veterans and OUTDOORNISTA.ORG, was a resounding success! We were thrilled to host 40 female veterans from the greater Las Vegas area, and everyone had an awesome time! A big thank you to Palms Casino Resort for helping to make the brunch such a special and memorable event. Our event space was OUTSTANDING! Plenty of sunlight and an AMAZING view of the pool... The ENTIRE staff went over and beyond to make us feel comfortable and appreciated. The entire staff at Palms Casino Resort and Hotel, The Serrano Club, The Laguna Pool House and Kitchen, and META-HOSPITALITY went above and beyond with their unwavering dedication, tireless effort, and exceptional service. Special thanks to Shawna Bowman, Kathleen Jane Bada, Rodelyn Punzalan, Briana Theocharides, Angela Miranda, and especially Erin O'Connor, a nationally recognized comedian and strong supporter of veterans, who delivered a hilarious comedy set that had everyone laughing! #serranoclub #metahospitality

This restaurant is in the Palms Condos which is a short walk from the casino. We had Brussels sprouts and a chicken Cesar salad. Excellent! This is a Hidden Gem inside of the Palms Casino, you just need to make your way over here. The bar staff saw we hadn't been waited on timely & jumped into action. Felicia our Server & Bar Tender is the best. All her recommendations were great. If you live in the Palms or you're visiting the Palms casino make your way over to Laguna. It is so pretty and chilled. You forget you're in a casino.

This a beautiful and lively restaurant for brunch and with a live DJ. Everything we ate was delicious and our server was very nice and helpful. Here are some choices we made. Three of us got the Crusted & Stuffed French Toast corn flakes, sweet mascarpone, berries, maple syrup, the Laguna breakfast (eggs, bacon, potatoes and toast) and the Spanish omelet. Also got a loaded michelada drink with bacon , French toast square and a sausage! My friends hit coffee with bourbon crème - everything was so amazing. We will definitely be back!!

Great restaurant in Palms Place. They have free valet or you can park in front of Palms place and take the elevator to the right of the parking garage to the 6th floor. Service Super nice and chill servers. It was Soul Sunday so they had a dj. It added to the whole atmosphere of the meal. We had a great view of the pool outside too. Food They seem to still be experimenting with the menu because there were some different options when we got there from online and other yelp reviews. Everything was delicious, but keep that in mind if you have your taste buds set on something. I ordered the Laguna breakfast because I wanted to try the bacon. I devoured my whole plate. My friends ordered french toast and the omelette and shared so I got to taste a little of everything. I had coffee with a shot of Bourbon creme. It was just enough alcohol to get me chair dancing to the dj. Pool Pool is $50 extra for a locals day pass. I have been to this pool and hope one day it will be free to locals.
